ABSTRACT

Tumours of the vulva are rare. Soft fibroma is the most common benign tumour of the genital area. It frequently occurs in women of reproductive age and is most commonly seen on the face, neck, or axilla. Soft tissue fibroma is rarely found in genital areas such as the vulva. It is usually asymptomatic but can have a physiological and psychological impact once the child grows up. We report a case of large pedunculated fibroma located in the labia majora of a 3-year-old girl due to its rarity, size, imaging challenges, and management. Excision of the tumour was done and histopathological examination confirmed it to be a soft fibroma.
